International Conference on Development, Environment and Society 2017

ICDES17 is organised by the Faculty of Social Sciences, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak. The conference focuses on the exploration and assessment of the relationships between development, society and environment. ICDES17 aims to promote collaboration of cross-disciplinary research by providing an excellent opportunity to disseminate, share and discuss ideas towards an inclusive and sustainable development. ICDES17 also offers workshops, designed and led by experts on Geographical Information System (GIS), Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and Community Engagement.
