Presentations Guidelines

  • Please be certain of your length of presentation remains within the allocated time for your session. The session moderators are instructed to terminate the presentation that exceeds the allocated time. Allow enough time for questions from the audience.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes earlier at the speakers’ area, prior to the start of your session.

Slides Presentation

  • Use screen resolution of 4:3 for the slides to ensure the clarity of the slides on the screen during your presentation.
  • Please email your presentation slides and any other materials that you may need to show for your presentation, latest by 30 June 2018, to our team at This email address is being protected from spambots.   • Please bring along a pen drive containing your presentation slides as well as any other materials used for your presentation, on the day itself.
