Paper Submissions

Submissions should contain original material that has not been previously published in a journal, nor is currently under review by another journal. If material in the submission was previously published in a conference paper, the new submission must:

(i) technically extend the published version by at least 35% of new material,

(ii) explicitly cite the prior conference paper, and

(iii) explain in an accompanying cover letter what has been extended in the new submission.


Submitted papers will be evaluated based on their originality, presentation, contributions, and relevance to the theme of CITA `19, and will be double blind reviewed by at least two independent experts in the field. Papers must be written in English with a minimum of 6 pages and not exceeding 10 pages (including all figures, tables and references). There are also Best Paper Awards for each track. These award winners will be selected by internationally acknowledged experts. Submissions imply that at least one of the authors has to register and present the paper at the conference if the paper is accepted. All accepted papers will be published in International Journal on Advanced Science, Engineering and Information Technology (IJASEIT) following these guidelines:

a. Abstract (230-250 words)
b. 5 keywords
c. Structure of each paper must adhere to the following:
    1. Introduction;
    2. Materials and Method;
    3. Results and Discussion;
    4. Conclusion
d. Minimum of 20 references using Mendeley referencing

e. 70% of the references must be from journals published between 2016 – 2019

f. Similarity index of 15% or below 

g. Minimum of 6 pages
