Payment

Fee covers conference materials, participation in technical sessions, refreshment and lunch during sessions.

Registration is not considered unless the payment has been received.

Cancellation and refund cannot be accepted after the registration. However substitution of registration is allowed by informing the conference Secretariat the person’s details.

Please take note for the following rules of payment:

  1. The payment should be made in Ringgit Malaysia only. Payment in other currencies can be made through Bank Online transfer, Telegraphic Transfer, Cheque or Bank In. Cash only available on day of registration.
  2. All payments made need to be accompanied by proof of payment (1.e bank-in slip/photocopy of cheque) to be emailed to Secretariat at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

  4. Payment using government LO/PO is accepted. Please email us a scanned copy of LO by 28th February 2019 to complete your registration at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  5. Payment by cash, cheque and LO only. Credit card not accepted.
