Submissions should contain original material that has not been previously published in a journal, nor is currently under review by another journal. If material in the submission was previously published in a conference paper, the new submission must:
(i) Technically extend the published version by at least 50% of new material,
(ii) Explicitly cite the prior conference paper, and
(iii) explain in an accompanying cover letter what has been extended in the new submission.
Paper must be prepared according to the following guidelines:
- Abstract (230-300 words)
- 70% of the references must be from journals published between 2018 – 2021
- Similarity index of 15% or below
- Minimum of 10 pages and not exceeding 13 pages (including all figures, tables and references)
