- All papers must be between six (6) to eight (8) pages only, including all text, figures and references.
- All submitted paper should be cutting edge, result-oriented, original paper and under the scope of the journal that should belong to the engineering and technology area. In the paper title, there should not be word ‘Overview/brief/ Introduction, Review, Case study/ Study, Survey, Approach, Comparative, Analysis, Comparative Investigation, Investigation’.
- When reporting experiments on data collected in your lab, consider stating this as "This experiment was conducted using data acquired in our labs". Do not state the name of the labs or institution.
- When citing your own work, ensure that the narrative does not divulge your identity.
- All accepted and fully paid papers will be sent for consideration to be published in the proceedings/journals.
- The editorial committee reserves all the right to send the paper to any publications for consideration (with author/s’ consent), which the committee deemed suitable for the said submitted paper.

Paper Review Process
- Papers submitted will be pre-screened for conformity with submission guidelines and for overall appropriateness. Papers that pass the initial screening process will then be double-blind reviewed.
- The double-blind peer review process is employed to ensure that both authors and reviewers remain anonymous during the review process. Three expert specialists in respective field of Engineering will be selected to perform the reviews.
- Authors will receive feedback in the form of a peer review report. The paper peer review process and the outcomes presented in the review reports will be monitored and verified by the editorial committee.
Publication Process
- All submitted papers will be considered for publication in Scopus indexed proceedings or journals or Journal of Civil Engineering, Science and Technology (JCEST) and Journal of Applied Science & Process Engineering (JASPE).
- Registered authors will be offered an extra free slot to publish their second paper in open-access JCEST or JASPE which are indexed in DOAJ, MyJurnal, MyCITE, Google Scholar, UDL edge Beta, Dimensions, etc. The second paper can be submitted after the registration and payment of the authors’ first paper and subjected to decision by the journal’s technical committee.
- Selection of articles to the Scopus indexed proceedings or journals will be based on a number of factors including, among others, requirement from the journals, quality of research, originality, style and scope area of the research. Selected papers may be required to undergo further reviews and editing before actual publication. The authors’ are responsible to adhere to the publisher’s guidelines, terms and conditions.
- The editorial committee reserves all the right to send the paper to any publications for consideration (with author/s’ consent), which the committee deemed suitable for the said submitted paper.
