SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Please read our submission guidelines carefully. Authors are invited to submit a full paper (4-6 pages) in IEEE conference paper format describing their original research work (including all figures, tables and references).

The paper must be written in English using the LaTeX or Microsoft Word manuscript templates for A4 format (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html). The formatting of these templates should not be altered.

SUBMISSION SYSTEM:
CITA‘25 uses the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit to handle the submission and reviewing process. When submitting your manuscript, please ensure you have all authors’ information in the system. CLICK HERE TO SUBMIT YOUR PAPER.

REVIEW PROCESS
  • All submissions will go through a double-blind review process. To facilitate the paper’s double-blind peer review process, authors should make efforts to ensure that information about the authors’ identities DO NOT appear anywhere in the text-body of the paper for the initial submission, including the Acknowledgement section.
  • Papers with the highest review score and/or nominated by reviewer(s) will be shortlisted for the best paper awards.
  • All accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting the IEEE’s quality standards. In addition, outstanding papers will be invited to be extended and submitted to the following participating journals, provided that the extended version contains at least 70% (AIP) and 30% (IJBS & JCSI) new content (including title and abstract):
    • Acta Informatica Pragensia (Acta Inform. Prag.) eISSN: 1805-4951 (SCOPUS, ESCI)
    • International Journal of Business and Society (IJBS) ISSN: 1511-6670 (SCOPUS, ESCI)
    • Journal of Computing and Social Informatics (JCSI) eISSN: 2821-3777 (MyJurnal)

ORIGINALITY
Submissions should contain original material that has not been published nor is currently reviewed by another conference or journal. If it is determined that an identical or substantially similar manuscript is simultaneously under consideration at another publication venue or forum (e.g., conference, journal, edited book), the manuscript will be rejected from the review process.

SIMILARITY RATE
IEEE policy requires all submissions to CITA‘25 proceedings to be screened through plagiarism detection software. Please ensure that the overall similarity index of your paper is LESS THAN 30%, with a single source similarity index of LESS THAN 10%. In line with IEEE regulations, any paper with a similarity score of more than 30% will be rejected from the review process.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
The Conference Organizer will not be held responsible for participants' failure to attend the conference directly or indirectly occasioned by visa application denial, riots, diseases, or any conditions beyond the Conference Organizer's control. Thus, the conference registration fee cannot be refunded.

NO-SHOW POLICY
Please take note that IEEE has a strict policy on No-Show. Therefore, if your paper is accepted, one of the authors OR a representative MUST PRESENT the paper at the conference. Papers with no-show participants will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore. NO REFUND of the paid fees may be claimed by the no-show author.
