Prof. Carlos Delgado Kloos, Ph.D
Carlos Delgado Kloos received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the Technische Universität München and in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He is Full Professor of Telematics Engineering at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where he is the Director of the GAST research group, Director of the UNESCO Chair on “Scalable Digital Education for All” and Rector’s Delegate for Digital Microcredentials. He has carried out research stays at several universities such as Harvard, MIT, Munich, and Passau. His main research interests are in Educational Technology. He has been involved in a large number of research projects and has published more than 500 papers. He has coordinated several MOOCs with over 600,000 registrations and is presently promoting the adoption of digital micro-credentials in Spain through the project CertiDigital (certidigital.es).

Professor Emeritus Dato Dr. Mohamed Ghouse Nasuruddin
Mohamed Ghouse Nasuruddin, a Professor Emeritus at the University of Science Malaysia, has made substantial contributions to the fields of dance, theater, and music. He holds academic degrees from the University of Malaya and Indiana University, where he was supported by Fulbright and Ford scholarships. His illustrious career includes serving as a Fulbright Scholar and Fulbright Professor in Residence, actively promoting Malay culture through lectures, dance performances, and writings.
His expertise encompasses a wide range of dance styles, including ballet, Bharatanatyam, Malay dance, and silat, and his artistic creations have graced audiences globally in places like ASEAN countries, London, Edinburgh, Greece, and New York. He is particularly renowned for his role as Dance Director in the 1988 Commonwealth Games' opening and closing ceremonies in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
In addition to his artistic achievements, he has held influential leadership roles in national arts and heritage institutions, and his scholarly contributions include 189 articles and 15 books, along with numerous national and international performances.

Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Al-Khalid bin Haji Othman
Professor Ir. Ts. Dr. Al-Khalid bin Hj. Othman joined Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) in 1998 and began his career as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Engineering, Faculty of Engineering. He was appointed to numerous significant positions in various organizations and was actively involved in numerous research and development initiatives. As of 1 Mac 2023, he serves as Deputy Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Alumni. He is an expert in renewable energy, underwater acoustic network, digital transformation and good governance.

YB Mayor Adam Yii Siew Sang
YB Mayor Adam Yii Siew Sang currently serves as the Mayor of the Miri City Council (MCC) in Sarawak, Malaysia, and in April 2023, he made history by being reappointed for a second term, the first Miri Mayor to do so. A member of the Sarawak United People's Party (SUPP), Mayor Yii initially entered politics as the State Assemblyman for Pujut in 2011 and has been re-elected twice. A graduate of Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Australia, and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with experience in the oil and gas industry and business, Mayor Yii is known for his dedication to the community and his commitment to Miri's development. Under his leadership, MCC has launched significant initiatives such as the Miri Transformation Plan, the Taste of Borneo food carnival, and the development of the Miri Waterfront, while also championing sustainable development and environmental protection to reduce Miri's carbon footprint. Mayor Yii's vision and dedication are focused on improving the quality of life for Miri's residents.
