Full paper submission is optional. We are collaborating with the Borneo Journal of Resources Science and Technology (BJRST) (Scopus-indexed) for journal publication.

If you choose to submit a full paper, please ensure the Acknowledgement section states the manuscript is submitted under NaSTeC 2025. Then, you must inform us via email at aifarah@unimas.my or nhafsah@unimas.my .

• We will select the 10 BEST papers for publication in BJRST.The publication fee for these selected papers will be waived.
• Other papers submitted to NaSTeC 2025 will receive a reduced Article Processing Fee of RM350. There is no confirmation that all full paper submissions will be accepted. Acceptance will be based on:
• Manuscript quality
• Decision of the scientific committee and editorial boards
• Participants who have submitted for full paper publication will receive an email notification by the 5^th August 2025.
• Final acceptance for publication will depend on the review process by the journal’s reviewers, and the editor will contact you via email regarding the acceptance.
