Publications
1. All accepted papers will have the opportunity to be published in prestigious Scopus- or MyCite-indexed journals, or in reputable conference proceedings. Authors can select their preferred publication track:
a) Scopus-indexed journal
b) MyCite-indexed journal
c) Conference proceedings.
2. All the accepted papers to conference are subject to review by journal or proceedings publisher for acceptance.
3. Publication of papers in the proceedings is conditioned on a positive assessment by Reviewers and the Publisher.
4. The Publisher has the right to reject papers that do not conform with the theme of the journals and/or proceedings.
5. Papers that are accepted must be presented at the conference, either by the authors themselves, or via proxy. In case a paper is not presented at the conference, it shall be deemed a "no-show". No-shows will be removed from post-conference distribution and will not be available on open-access publications.
6. Exceptions to this policy will be made in rare and unusual situations by the EnCon2026 Organising Committee only if there is evidence that the no-show occurred because of unanticipated events beyond the control of the authors, and that every option available to the authors to present the paper was exhausted.
